Element3 Health, Inc. d/b/a Grouper and its subsidiaries, including Clubs by Grouper, LLC (collectively referred to here as “the Company”) have developed a set of Community Guidelines regarding the appropriate use of the Company’s websites and online platforms (“Platforms”), as well as the Company’s services such as programs, resources, network of communities, and activities (“Offerings”).
When utilizing any of the Platforms or Offerings, follow these Community Guidelines:
Be Respectful & Kind. People may share their experiences and or discuss issues that are important to them. You may encounter opinions that are different from yours. Please respect other people’s views and beliefs and consider your impact on others when making your contribution. To help promote the needs, safety, and interests of our community, offensive content is not permitted. We do not tolerate any type of hate speech, harassment or bullying behavior. To uphold the integrity and appropriate use of our Platforms and Offerings, Grouper may take action to address content or behavior it deems inappropriate or inconsistent with its mission, vision, values, including removing content, disabling accounts, or removing individuals from the program.
Be Focused On Inclusivity, Positivity & Social Connection. There are plenty of forums that can be used to discuss hot-button issues that divide us. Our Platforms and Offerings are not designed for that. Instead, we desire inclusive conduct, positive contributions, and the joy of social connectedness. Please refrain from using our Platforms and Offerings for the purpose of promotion of political parties, a particular political candidate, a particular cause, or a specific religion. Promotional activity is also prohibited, including without limitation the promotion of items, services, or products for sale. Solicitation, including solicitation of funds, is also strictly prohibited.
Be Authentic & Truthful. When using our Platform or Offerings, please do not misrepresent yourself. Those who misrepresent themselves or pretend to be someone they are not may be prevented from accessing the Platform and Offerings.
Know that Information You Share Will Be Available to Others.
Before sharing content or information, including in our online communities, know that any information you post or voluntarily provide may be visible and viewable to others publicly, who may reshare it or redisclose it. Know that others will be able to view, respond to, or interact with content you share, and interact with you directly through the Platform or as part of our Offerings. If you participate in activities through Grouper’s Platforms and Offerings, your name, profile, or participation may be known to other participants during the course of the activity.
If you do share information, please be sure you have the right to do so. We ask that you respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights of others, including their privacy rights. Do not publish or share the personal information of others without their consent.
Be Safe. In connection with your use of our Platforms and Offerings, we do not permit content that is inappropriate, threatening, obscene, pornographic, or that poses a risk of harm. We may remove such content or take other steps needed to promote an appropriate environment, such as disabling accounts, removal from the program, and working with law enforcement. If you see something inappropriate or potentially unsafe or if you have questions regarding the appropriateness of content, contact info@hellogrouper.com. Moreover, know that if you arrange to meet, gather, interact or connect in-person with individuals you find through our Program Offerings, or if you choose to interact with such individuals privately on-line or through our Platform Offerings, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. The Company does not monitor or take responsibility for interactions self-organized by participants or members.
Be Aware & Know Your Limits. We want you to have fun. But participating in certain activities, including group activities, can be inherently dangerous and lead to injury or bodily harm. By participating in group activities, you assume the risks associated with them. Be sure your activity choices are right for you, your fitness level, and your general health. If you have questions, please seek advice from your healthcare professional.
No Medical Advice. No information provided through our Platform or Offerings is intended to provide medical advice to you or to act as a substitute for consultation with your medical provider. Questions about your specific health and health conditions should be directed by you to your own healthcare professional.
While generalized wellness-related content may be made available in the Platform or as part of our Offerings, including as part of our class offerings, nothing provided by the Company is intended as medical advice for you. While you may choose to share information about your health with us, we are not a healthcare provider, nor do we provide treatment or care services.
Adherence to Community Guidelines. These Community Guidelines are important to us and ensure the creation of a fun and appropriate experience for our members. We reserve the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion, including without limitation termination of any person’s access to the Platform or Offerings or removal of the individual from the program, for any violation of these Community Guidelines. We may update these Community Guidelines at any time in our sole discretion and may provide notice of the changes by posting the updated Community Guidelines on our website.
