How it works
Grouper partners with your Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan to help cover the participation costs of your group activities.

Choose what you enjoy doing most by selecting from a wide range of activities.
Get covered.
Receive a $50 annual payment to support your group activities, plus receive $20 wellness payments for every three months of reported activity.
Stay healthy and connected.
Once you enroll, we’ll send an invitation to join the online community you select below, where you can connect with others who share your passions and interests.

Based on feedback from members who told us what they are most interested in, Grouper created communities around the activities listed below. From pickleball and arts & crafts to walking and a love of pets, eligible members have access to a group activity benefit that pays them for doing what they love and provides an opportunity to join a community of like-minded people.

Grouper is leading a movement that encourages healthy living through meaningful social connections and shared experiences. Grouper helps you access benefits to cover the group activities that provide social connection and keep you healthy.
Once you enroll and complete your profile, you will receive an email from the community manager including instructions on how to join the online social community.
You can expect to receive an initial $50 check by mail within 45 days of enrolling, completing your profile and being confirmed as eligible for Grouper. Additional $20 payments will be made after every three months of reported activity.
You can join as many communities as you’d like, however, the initial $50 payment and $20 ongoing activity payments for 3 months of activity are for only one community.
