ADVANCED FULL BODY STRENGTH
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
This full body strength workout will focus on muscular strength, muscular endurance, and muscle tone for the entire body. After a short warm up to prepare the body for the workout, dive into a variety of exercises using hand weights and body weight to work all of the major muscle groups. For a more intermediate level workout, lighter hand weights can be used.
Suggested equipment: 5-8 lb hand weights (or 2-3 lb hand weights for an intermediate level workout), and an exercise or yoga mat.
BALANCE, BRAIN & BODY
Level: Beginner
This class will focus on improving balance to prevent falls, stimulating the mind through neuroplasticity games to keep sharp, and building strength and flexibility throughout the body to promote ease of movement in everyday life.
Suggested equipment (alternative household items will also be suggested in class): hand weights (2 lb or 3 lb), and a sturdy chair with 4 legs (no wheels).
BARRE FUSION
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Barre Fusion is a full body workout that takes the foundation of Barre and combines it with strength training. Core strength is a major focus, which will help to improve your balance.
Suggested equipment: A sturdy 4-legged chair (without wheels) or the back of a couch, or a countertop to use as your barre. A mat for floor work. And a set of light hand weights (1-2 lbs per hand) is suggested (you can use 2 small water-bottles as an alternative).

Level: Beginner to Intermediate
This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis, to work together for better balance and stability. Full-body fun workout using a stability ball! The first half of class will be standing – a short cardio warm up, followed by dynamic movements that focus on the core. The second half of class will be sitting on the stability ball for strength training with light weights. The class will finish with stretching on the ball to loosen the joints and improve posture.
Suggested equipment: A stability ball (exercise ball) – recommended size is based on your height (55 cm for anyone under 5’4″; 65 cm is standard for anyone 5’5″ to 5’11”; 75 cm for anyone over 5’11”). And a set of light hand weights (1-2 lbs per hand) is suggested (you can use 2 small water-bottles as an alternative).
STRENGTH & BALANCE
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Build strength and endurance with a mix of functional strength training exercises, moving through several groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength and focuses on improving balance, coordination, and fall prevention skills.
