About the Role:

Reporting to the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, the Lifescycle Marketing Manager is responsible for building integrated campaigns to drive enrollment, activation, and new members through our health plan partners, our directory and through direct marketing

This person would work closely with all business units to execute multi-channel programs that are on brand and aligned to our strategic goals.


  • 2-4 years of experience in a lifecycle marketing or growth focused role
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software. Preferably SalesForce and SalesForce Marketing Cloud
  • Understanding the complexity of the buyer’s journey and how someone would interact with a software platform
  • Create and design landing pages to drive member engagement and activation
  • Ability to work with the product owners to define how members would interact and utilize our health platform
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Understanding how to construct and execute marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO and other digital marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of how to use digital advertising platforms and the key levers to pull to drive ROI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Professional Background and Experience Requirements

Our preferred candidate will have many of the following attributes, skills, and experiences:

  • Minimum two years in lead generation or demand generation roles
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise
  • Strong copywriting foundations

Additional Requirements

  • Education level: (or equivalent experience) Bachelor’s Degree in marketing
  • Industries: Open but B2B2C software preferred
