Grouper's Mission

To encourage healthy living through activities that build meaningful social connections and shared experiences.

What is the activity benefit?

Grouper partners with health plans that offer their members the activity benefit. By the end of 2024, here’s how the activity benefit will work for members of clubs or associations, and members of Clubs by Grouper:

  • Quick eligibility check. Once eligible:
  • $50 initial payment
  • $20 ongoing payment for every three months of activity

Clubs by Grouper

We value your club referrals and ask you to prioritize those referrals in your role as a Social Ambassador. However, there may be times when you are speaking with someone in your network, or someone at an event, who is not affiliated with a club. Perhaps they are active, or seeking to be active. Clubs by Grouper offers a great option to help align these people with the activity benefit! 

Potential members can access the link below, find their passion (or select “Active Living” if they aren’t aligned with any of the listed activities), and check their eligibility.
